Let's get the link out of the way right off (27 minutes).

Famicom Galaxian, never released in the US until Namco Museum Archives Vol. 1, is a tiny program, even by Famicom/NES standards. It may be the smallest Famicom game; the ROM is only 16K large, taking up just half of the

  5. Some insane stroke of luck in analysing the Plexus P/20: full technical system documentation was discovered from the HDD since the system apparently was used by the system devs at Plexus before being sold to a client - youtu.be/Ve1SuuRkx_o #AdriansDigitalBasement #retrocomputing #forensics #reverseengineering

  8. I'm am fan of Adrian's Digital Basement, the current series where he painstakingly brings back a Plexus P/20 Unix computer from the 80s is more gripping than many TV-shows on Netflix. Certainly made my patreon sponsorship worthwhile. #retrocomputing #unix #computerarchaeology #AdriansDigitalBasement #patreon

  17. Massive flashbacks watching Adrian test #AMSTRAD #CPC6128 - This was my first computer (with the green monitor though). CP/M was painfully slow on the system, but at least it had some more robust tooling vs the plain basic you got out of the box (the z80 assembler came in handy when I progressed past the BASIC coding). youtube.com/watch?v=wMOsbiIYeV
PS. I've covered some of the early computing history with the system in a separate post: infosec.exchange/@harrysintone
