So sad. Hopefully it sparks an open revolt against treating tertiary faculty like seasonal fruit pickers.

Having been an adjunct faculty member for many years, I'm encouraged to see this. And also really glad I'm no longer adjuncting ... The students and material were rewarding. The university and the way it treated us was not. And the pay .... let's just not talk about that.
(Oh, and of course, state Rs are lining up against this bill. Because ... of course.)
