I know that the bastards have won by me even being annoyed about this, but:
#ArmisticeDay, unless it coincides with #RemembranceSunday, is *not* a big deal for the whole day. There is a 2 minute silence and that’s it: everyone gets on as usual. See, for example, below.
If Armistice Day beyond 11.02am were that special, would they be holding the UK’s biggest entertainment explosives event in the afternoon of 11 November?
