Mosonmagyaróvár, October 1956. The fighting was not confined to Budapest by any means. A notorious battle took place in the town of Mosonmagyaróvár near the Austrian border in north-western Hungary. Some 50 to a 100 revolutionaries were killed by the secret police. Here we can see the funeral of some of these victims, including15 year old István Meszlényi.
