Followup: By @richpuchalsky and other’s recommendation, my daughter has now started watching “Disastrous Life of Saiki K”. She’s not loving it yet, but she finds it better than YouTube Kids, which is a huge win. 🏆

My 12 year old daughter has recently gotten into anime, and loved watching Scissor Seven, One Punch Man, and Black Clover. For unknown reasons, she refuses to watch One Piece, Naruto, and Dragon Ball. 🤷🏽♂️
Can you recommend anime suitable for a 12 year old girl?

It's so cute when the #12yo and his friend decide to watch a kids' movie "to make fun of it" and then.. just sit there watching it normally.

The #12yo pulls a Kit Kat out of his easter candy, and drops it on my laptop. I say "Thank you", and he says, "That's just to hold you off, so you don't steal anything later. That *will* hold you off, right?" I tell him, "Maybe."

The #12yo didn't want to turn off SpongeBob and refused to give me the remote, so from my laptop I logged into Kodi's web interface and started the TV playing My Little Pony episodes (which he absolutely hates). He kept trying to switch back to SpongeBob, and I'd switch it back to MLP. Little guy was losing his mind. 😂
Moral of the story: listen to your parents.
