Though she is not on Mastodon, I am so proud of my wife for her amazing transformation, and she'd probably not be happy if I didn't block her face.
She began in January, and with a weekly, low dose GLP-1injectioin and her typical self determined nature she has lost 80 pounds. She hits the gym for gentle cardio and arm strengthening about 4 to 5 days a week.
Amazing woman. Very Proud of her!
