    Last spring I gave up on dual displays because it was a hassle, and switched to a single ultrawide display, which I love

    That left me with an unused display arm. What to do?

    I found a VESA tablet mount and set up an iPad in SideCar mode as an auxiliary display for glance-able tools, etc

    oh sweet baby jesus there's finally a / extension that chmod +x scripts on save if they start with a shebang.

    I used a plugin for sublime text years ago that did this, but every time I checked there was no equivalent for vscode. looks like this was first published about 7 months ago

    Troubleshooting location sharing in #Apple #FindMy for my in-laws. Any suggestions here? They’re set up as a family. We’ve toggled all the settings on/off: location services, FindMy, location sharing in Family, etc, on both devices

    Location sharing *is* working the other direction, and works with other people

    Just not outbound sharing with this specific person
