@statsguy I understand that constituents need access to council services at any time of week but why not just run two 4 day shift schedules and pay more on weekends.
Also bbc has a tor address[1] Tor keeps political dissidents protestors whistleblowers and journalists safe when even their lives are in danger, and the more people use tor the harder it will become to use correlation attacks to de-anonymise tor users

@statsguy It's a government, a bureaucracy, it doesn't have a morality compass. As with all bureaucracies if it can target compliant people / easy to deal with people it will do so over actual violent thugs because it makes bureaucrats feel like they are doing something to justify their paycheck whilst dealing with people who aren't going to fight back. Much easier for them to be dealing with Palestine Action than to be dealing with ISIS

It's laughable though how easy it is to thwart #OrangeHitler's #ToddlerTirade. All a state governor has to do is call up the #NationalGuard *first*, beating him to the punch, and then there's no NG to deploy.
