@noboilerplate After watching your latest video, I got curious if you've tried Jujutsu (jj) VCS? I think it would pair really well with the Savepoint.
jj is like Git 2.0 but still Git compatible, to the point where one's colleagues won't even notice that you're using it.
Just two examples of jj commands that Git lacks are `squash` and `undo`, which do what you'd expect. jj is also really extensible - it has a small language that lets you easily create your own quite sophisticated aliases.

I just installed KDE Connect on my #nixos laptop and it's absolutely amazing! Seamless integration between my laptop and phone. Send files, clipboard, SMS, etc.
It proves that the choice between freedom and seamlessness (i.e. walled gardens) is a false dichotomy; you can have both.

Nein - so das LG: eine konkludente Einwilligung sei ausreichend.
"Es sei klar gewesen, dass auch fremden Personen die Fotos zugänglich gemacht werden würden. Zwar habe der Makler nicht darüber aufgeklärt, das die einmal erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit widerruflich sei. Eine ohne den Hinweis erteilte Einwilligung werde jedoch nicht unwirksam und bleibe bestehen."

Ich habe vor so 3 Jahren aufgehört nach Immobilien zu suchen.
Wann immer seitdem eine Makler-Mail kam, habe ich den Abbestellen-Link geklickt und versucht das Zeugs loszuwerden.
Ich habe heute schon wieder zwei Absender geblockt und deren Mails in den Spam verschoben. Noch immer gehen regelmäßig völlig unzulässige Werbemails von denen ein.
#Makler sind eine Pest!
Diese Branche gehört verboten und dass sie das nicht ist (stattdesen gesetzliche Preise hat), zeigt nur wie kaputt hier alles ist.
