    Our lastest paper on the theoretical dynamics of transposable elements is out (in Theor Pop Biol: sciencedirect.com/science/arti , in @biorxiv_evobio : biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/20). We derived population genetics models of TE amplification when regulated by piRNAs, accoding to the "trap model". -> Thread
