I'm not really feeling the new Referee Review System in #MajorLeagueRugby. I think the previous TMO system had more camera angles and produced better reviews. I'm on the fence with the team challenges. Calling the challenge at a specific clock time and within 2 phases seems like it would be disruptive to players' focus if there's no stoppage in that time. Having the TMO call into the ref to point out something that was missed seems more consistent and less disruptive.

Watching #BostonBantees vs #DenverOnyx after missing the first couple weeks of the season. Surprised to see Denver so low after their utter dominance last season, but looks like they're finding a good stride today. Mostly please to see the league has found stable coverage on #WomensSportsNetwork, which is included on a bunch of streaming platforms.

Baroness and I got to see #CastleRat, and they put on a great show. Just as campy, in a good way, as a classic 80s sword and sorcery fantasy movie. Co-headlining the show were #AmonAmarth and #Dethklok. Never really cared about Amin Amarth. Good for what they do, but one dimensional. I was curious how Dethklok would work, and it went well. The stage was dimly lit so you could see they were there, but obscured, and animations of the show ran on a giant screen behind them.
