This is by far my favorite Platinum game and the one with the least bs. Go play it!

Had forgotten to beat #BravelyDefault (again) but I just did!
I liked the endgame a lot narratively and with its gimmicks, but gameplay-wise I’m not sure. It feels to me you can only win with a completely busted strategy that requires almost no decision making when applied… Making the final bosses kinda boring to beat, which felt anticlimactic. Before then I felt free to explore different tactics and that was a ton of fun.
Still I kinda wanna play Second, maybe next time I travel!

This was so hard!!!! And all because of the super quick timing of the doowop ha, and that flicking is sometimes finicky… The games in this one are really great but I would like my button input back plz
The only one I haven’t 100%ed is Fever, but I don’t have a Wii or U, so hoping for a re-release

Go play it! It took me 9h to beat it. Def worth it.

Oh I beat it lol, I thought I was halfway 😅 there might be some issues with the story 😅 on the other hand, the amount of execution and memorization required makes a lot more sense in a shorter game.
I’m gonna try to platinum and then see if max ranks is doable

I played a few hours of this (just reached act 4) and I’m not sure they got the assignment? Enemy placement aside, this doesn’t feel like a Ninja Gaiden game. It feels like Hagane, if anything?
That said, it’s a very fun game in its own right, with an interesting set of mechanics. Bosses are great so far. It’s pretty frustrating as you might expect!
They’ve put wave-based rooms and scores in there, like Gunvolt. I can see myself going back for top ranks.

First tried Yhorm with no storm ruler, boy was it close tho! Big sword helps hit his sensitive hands
