This is what over a decade of 'Tory mismanagement has done to national life. That schools need to host foodbanks should be regarded as a national scandal, yet it passes unnoticed by the media. It's a DISGRACE!

It's so difficult to make ethical choices when purchasing.
My washing machine 'died' mid-week, though after at least 20 years service I suppose it doesn't owe me anything. I cdn't buy the model I wanted at my preferred store so I reluctantly bought from #Currys (UK).
The next morning I received a faux service call and the guy proceeded to try to sell me insurance. I tried to stop his spiel, but he just carried on with his script. After 4 "No thank you"s, at increasing volume, I hung up.
GAH!

My GP has prescribed statins. After a discussion, I was convinced I should take them.
But I got home, read the accompanying leaflet, and now I'm not so sure...
It sounds as though I'm casting into the ether for medical advice, which is ridiculous, but I just can't seem to settle my mind.
