Michal Postava: undrafted FA signing, crushes in GR, gets his 1st career NHL start against the hottest offense in the NHL with the best player of the generation having the best start to a season in decades.
Saves the game in OT, stonewalls in the shootout. What a story. #LGRW
Catching up from earlier in the night: this excellent shift by Moritz Seider which starts with him playing great defense on the best player on the planet, and ends with McDavid having to defend against Seider in the Oilers' zone.
Mo makes it look easy. #LGRW
All 3 of Michal Postava's shootout stops on McDavid, Draisaitl, & Nugent-Hopkins to beat the hottest offense in the NHL in his 1st career start (+ bonus Lucas Raymond shootout winner). #LGRW

Tonight's #LGRW game recap:
MICHAL POSTAVA, WHAT A NIGHT
1st career start, saves the game in OT pokechecking McDavid & robbing Bouchard, then stops all 3 of McDavid, Draisaitl, & RNH in the shootout. Beast.
Arvidsson was outstanding, Raymond 2 helpers & the shootout winner.
MICHAL POSTAVA, WHAT A SEQUENCE 🧱
Pokechecks CONNOR McDAVID then makes an outstanding save on Evan Bouchard to save the game in overtime - in his 1st career start. Unreal. #LGRW
LARKIN LATE TYING GOAL 🚨 Red Wings applying massive pressure with the empty net - Seider finds Raymond who gets it to Larkin for the game tying tally.
Detroit sends it to overtime. #LGRW
FINNIE 🚨 Arvidsson steals the puck down low and finds Emmitt Finnie in front for a quick answer to Edmonton's goal. #LGRW
Raymond finds Arvidsson on the power play for his 5th goal of the season! 🚨 Tie game - DeBrincat picks up the secondary assist. #LGRW
Good saves by Postava in tight on Hyman on the power play. Still 1-0 Oilers early in the 2nd. #LGRW

Pumped for Michal Postava, earned his way into the NHL and now deservedly getting his 1st career start.
Hell of a first full test, facing McDavid, Draisaitl, and the red-hot Oilers, but I doubt he'd complain. #LGRW
