Olivia Rodrigo has the potential of an incredible career ahead of her. In the sphere of pop songwriters, I haven’t heard anyone whose writing impresses me this much since Taylor Swift.
I just hope she’s capable of changing her sound without sacrificing quality. All of my favorite artists such as Madonna, David Bowie, Taylor Swift, etc. all changed their sound many times throughout their careers. You can’t repeat the same trick over and over without it getting old.
