I need a #ProBono #attorney to sue #Amazon for #damages. They sold me a #faucet from a #ThirdPartySeller and #guaranteed that these were the right #parts with all the right #adapters and that everything would fit. But nothing fit, and now there's #WaterDamage in my #bathroom, with water pouring down my #diningroom #ceiling. This is going to cost a lot to #repair, and I need to sue #Amazon for at least #2MillionDollars.

Confirmation from The National Community Law Project via Instagram that the fundraising mooting competition organised by Cardiff University Law Society and Cardiff and South East Wales Junior Lawyers Division will return in 2023.

Poszukuję raczej pilnie bezpłatnej albo taniej pomocy prawnej w sprawach rodzinnych.
Tl;dr: nie bacząc na złożone odwołanie, lokalny sąd, kurator i CPR próbuja odebrać dzieci samotnej matce i wsadzić do domu dziecka, skąd już raz wróciły (średnia siostra z nerwicą i zaostrzoną schizofrenią). Rodzina jest biedna i ze znikomym kapitałem społecznym, ale absolutnie nie patologiczna. Znam osobiście i od tygodni pomagam na różne sposoby. Matka typu niedźwiedzica naraziła się lokalnym możnym i ewidentnie się mszczą.

@raven @RecurringBloatware @probono Same story, I used different monitors (CRT 17" iiyama, some Samsung 17", Benq XI2420z 24", 2k panel from some HP EliteBook in my laptop and tons of secondary displays and projectors), various OSes and distros (Slackware, Debian, Linux Mint, Oracle Linux, Devuan, Gentoo, FreeBSD, etc) and various video cards (old Palit with AGP bus😃, GTX 760 Ti and Intel GMA X950/X3100).
Also I've installed a lot of Linuxes on my previous work and for some friends too :drgn_happy:
And I never saw something like that people posting when speaking about "screen tearing". Tend to think that despite the problem exists — it isn't so widespread as people like to claim :drgn_sigh:

I started the #KDrama #ProBono a few days ago, after finishing Dynamite Kiss. It seems interesting, and it reminded me of Beyond the Bar, where legal cases are very challenging/touching.One difference is that while Seok-hoon (BtB) is serious, cold, and rational, Da-wit (PB) is more lively, cheerful, and expansive.
One curious similarity is that the sign language is used in both. Hyo-min (BtB) was raised with a deaf sister, while Gi-ppeum (PB) was raised by deaf parents.

Don't forget that this weekend, there are the last two episodes of #Kdrama #ProBono on Netflix! I liked this drama in general, also because it's largely comparable to “Beyond the Bar”. However, Da-wit's recent behavior change surprised me. For this reason, my primary impression is that a second season of Pro Bono is neither feasible nor reasonable.
On the other hand, I would really, really appreciate a second season of Beyond the Bar!
