Why we need a general strike on election day: republican business owners are already planning to interfere as much as possible in their employees right to vote, by scheduling everyone whether they're needed or not, then not allowing sufficient time for employees to get to their precinct, wait in line, vote, and get back to work.
It should be illegal for any stores, restaurants, and non-essential services to be open during polling hours - blue laws for election days.
