Honest question: what institutions can Democrats create to organize a sustained effort to fulfill the promises that won yesterday?
The normal party structure (Schumer, etc) need to stay out: we need a way for the new blood involved - anything other than the party gerontocracy.
Imagine panels that eventually write a reports that contains specific bills or actions. They could have useful members (Obama, Pete, etc), as well as many of the people elected yesterday.
