I could have grabbed the individual images and put together a GIF animation of the huge thundershowers headed towards #PDX, or I could just videorecord my computer screen. One takes seconds, the other takes 15 minutes. I chose the faster. Mt. Hood should be rocking any second now.

C'mon, he doesn't really believe this bullshit. Trump's the same guy who went to Beijing to kiss the ring of Xi and nearly gave away Taiwan's security guarantees, is the same guy who wanted to increase trade with China, is the same guy who praised Xi for his strength.

Microeconomic choices despite the macro effects of the war. You planned for the trip and booked everything ahead of what you believed would be the annual surge in bookings, so you figure might as well go anyway because you don't have trip insurance and prices are increasing so might as well go while you can.
What this ends up doing, however, is pushing up inflation and inevitably triggering multiple Fed rate hikes this year.

Fascinating results, don't you think? US had the lowest price per liter and has risen the most.

I'm sure by now, Trump has been warned, at least twice, that waiting is not a viable option. Lindsey is right about Trump's lack of action, but Graham's also a coward, incapable of taking on the full responsibility for advocating violence and the failure that stems from its usage. Look at how easily he forsake his post J6 beliefs re Trump's dangerousness. He will never admit being wrong, and that makes him equally dangerous as Trump.

Anyway, this is one of those economic paradoxes and/or a paradigm shifts on understanding of balance of trade and effects of trade deficits. Took a few minutes to think it through to get it.
