#GoogleGemini did a pretty decent, even if obviously flawed, job of rendering this #3DModel concept of a 7500SF lot for a tiny house with 2 rentals and a workshop. I've tried so many layouts on a standard 5000SF lot and it just doesn't work out.
Why flat roofs? Easy way to deal with storm runoff than dedicating space for either a detention pond, rainwater garden. Thanks to the City of Portland, most cities that have adopted their standards req 10' separation from structures.
