  1. Imagine if on average we all worked 30 hours a week instead of 40+? Now what if I told you that by doing so we could reduce unemployment AND save the planet?

    Fewer hours means more people needed to do the same work, lessening unemployment as we scale down production of what we don't need (see above). And with more time on our hands we demand less of our planet, such as cooking for ourselves instead of ordering in.

    Plus we gain 10 hours of our lives back? Every week?!

  2. Inspired by @jasonhickel's book Less is More, here is a list of ways we can progress beyond , save the planet, and each other.

    Step 1: Make illegal. You know how your phone dies after a few years? How fridges don't last nearly as long as they used to? "The technology already exists to make appliances last on average 2-5 longer than they presently do". We could just make it illegal to artificially cripple appliances and technology.
