Okay, so I was initially very skeptical of the new #TessaViolet album despite it apparently being a great record from a music production perspective, because it seemed like a drastic departure from the former introspective and honest themes into the whole girlboss-gaslight-gatekeep hyper-compensation in the latest singles’ lyrics, but still gave it a listen out of nostalgia for the YT times.

Without spoiling anything for you, I’ll just say that I was very pleasantly surprised and even humbled.
