Die #AleMania-Brauerei in #Bonn-#Pützchen hat auch ein Bier des Bonner #Brauhotel Balthasar im Programm.
Da es aber im Edeka-Regal bereits abgelaufen war, habe ich davon abgesehen, es zu probieren.
Was genau das Brauhotel da beigetragen hat, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Aber die Biersmarck-Brauerei kooperiert ja gerne mit lokalen Produzenten und Einrichtungen, was ich begrüße.
Aktuell scheint auch noch Sommerpause zu sein. Die Regale im Edeka mit AleMania-Bieren waren fast leer.

Hallo #Winterdepression, Moin Betroffene.
Heute bzw. gestern begann die etwa dreitägige Phase der als #Sonnenstillstand empfundenen #Wintersonnenwende auf der nördl. Hemisphäre unseres Planeten.
Mit nur etwa 1 Minute pro Erdrotation werden die Tage nun zunächst kaum wahrnehmbar wieder länger, bis die Sonne bzw. ihr Stand am Himmel aus geozentrischer Perspektive am 24. bzw. 25. Dezember wieder 1 Grad "höher" am Himmel steht, und damit auch per Daumenpeilung messbar quasi neu "geboren" wird.
Schon für unsere Vorfahren war es eine von Existenzängsten und Unsicherheit geprägte Zeit, denn ob der "Sonnengott", von dem alles Leben auf der Welt abhängt, nach seinem langsamen "Sterben" noch einmal den Kampf gegen die Gottheiten der Finsternis gewinnt, und "wiedergeboren" wird, stand buchstäblich "in den Sternen".
Das Sternbild Orion dominiert in dieser Zeit mit seinen drei markanten Sternen #Alnitak, #Alnilam und #Mintaka den Winterhimmel, und wird seit Urzeiten als Zeichen der Hoffnung und des Lichtes in der kalten Finsternis aufgefasst.
Die zeitgenöss. astrotheolog. Adaption des Christentum machte daraus ein wunderschönes Märchen von Drei Heiligen Königen #Caspar, #Balthasar und #Melchior, die zur (Wieder)geburt des Baby-Sonnengottes bzw. "Gottes Sohn, das Licht der Welt" pilgern.
Warum ich das erzähle?
Seit ich bewusst denken und fühlen bzw. mich daran erinnere hat #Weihnachten und seine Begleiterscheinungen in mir als (manisch-)depressivem Mensch ebenso starke wie ambivalente Gefühle ausgelöst.
Als Kind und mit den eigenen Kindern meist eher positive, aber in Phasen depressiver Selbstisolation eben auch stark negative bis suizidale.
Seit ich von der astrotheolog. Ableitung der Weihnachtserzählung aus Gilgamesh-Epos über die aqypt. Sonnen-Religion weiß, verbinde ich das Fest nicht mehr mit aufgesetzter Harmonie, Konsumzwang und aufdoktrinierter Demut vor einer angeblichen "unbefleckten Empfängnis", sondern fühle mich mit jenen Menschen verbunden, die schon vor zehntausenden Jahren in ihren dunklen, kalten Höhlen saßen, in den Nachthimmel starrten, und hofften dass das Schlimmste bald überstanden ist, und es (hier: mit der Sonne) bald wieder aufwärts geht.
Diese Verbundenheit mit 'meinen" Ahnen hilft mir sehr mich vom kollektiven und allgegenwärtigen "Weihnachtswahnsinn" ein gutes Stück weit innerlich abzukoppeln, d..h. resilienter gegen dessen ggfs. schädlichen Einflüsse auf meine Psyche zu machen.
Tjoar, und wenn es nur 1 Person gibt, die das hier liest, es relaten kann, und vllt. davon abhält in der #Weihnachtsdepression eigen- oder fremdgefährdende Dinge zu tun, dann hat sich mein Seelenstriptease hier gelohnt.
