預設狀態是貧窮、苦難多，那些批評自由市場（但也不是全部無效）卻拿不出「實際上有效」的新東西出來的人
通常都是推舉社會主義變種，也就是預設自己（或自己圈子）特別（比其他人都）聰明和/或設為集中權力在自己身上就能實現烏托邦
當然也不會去學習/理解繁榮背後原因並改進，各種「實驗」最終失敗，或靠偷盜/騙取其他自由市場成果來生存 -

現代壟斷也有很多型態
如CBDC+Digital ID是壟斷交易決定權（雖然已有政府透過銀行進行過但至少還不是一塊鐵板…）
Smart City/智慧城市是壟斷進出權（還是叫15-minute city/15分鐘城市）
Carbon Credit/碳信用（如2025年的Australia/澳洲）則是壟斷交易及進出權還有其他活動（用某些能源、使用某些原料手段生產物品） -
