Some folks simply can’t function in the morning until they’ve had their first sip of soymilk. They would loved the breakfast buffet at this 2-star Chinese hotel that I recently stayed at. They might also have appreciated the option to cook eggs to their preferred level of doneness, though let’s be real, 99% of the eggs probably ended up fried “over hard.” This was China, after all.
