啊，今天尝试料理不苦的苦瓜大获成功！虽然其实不是很有必要买苦瓜吧，但是前天在超市看到新鲜上架的苦瓜那么水灵灵，表皮的颗粒饱满到简直一碰就碎，实在动心就买了一个回来。今天午餐按照下厨房的菜谱，把苦瓜白瓤去掉，再切成薄片，撒一勺盐腌十分钟，然后捏掉水分，再放清水里冲洗两次，拧干，最后和一点儿蒜末、鸡蛋、西红柿块混合炒了一下。都没什么其他调味，就用了一点蚝油，最后撒了点儿白胡椒粉，结果竟然远超预期的好吃！苦瓜这样做后完全吃不出苦，只有脆脆的口感（还有咔吱的声音），茄汁菜汤也好香，用它拌冰箱拿出来的凉凉的杂豆饭太美味了，非常适合夏天！
我要再去买苦瓜了！强烈推荐各位也鼓起勇气试试看，真的不苦，比黄瓜更清脆！
