欸這家在三峽耶我回說：這不只在三峽更在我家對面
我也不只一次在三峽舉辦活動時
採用他們家的餐點作為工作人員的早餐#在心蛋餅舖 開設在 #臺北大學三峽校區 側門旁的北大商場中
是該店面的元老店家
以獨特的格子狀 #粉漿蛋餅 以及每個蛋餅都有雙蛋為特色
過去也曾有包肉的 #蛋餅肉 品項
現在則是只保留有包上炒飯的 #蛋餅飯
還可以加價添加 #海苔 與 #豆腐
讓原先就富有層次與飽足感的蛋餅
再次昇華與其他如 #金牛角 或是 #碧螺春 相比
這家也是我值得推薦的 #三峽 特色順帶一提除了這家 #蛋餅 極具特色外
過去在附近也有一家 #呷尚飽 的蛋餅也獨樹一幟
以蛋漿混合牛奶、奶油煎成的厚實蛋餅聞名
但後來店主因手受傷後就消失了
即便仍是呷尚飽蛋餅卻完全不同了 -
