Kanji is so fun, because sometimes a word you've never seen before makes no sense despite it containing kanji that you know, but then it makes perfect sense once you look it up.
I read this word as "tooth car" from the kanji—which makes no sense at all, let alone in this context—but then I looked it up and it's "cog", which makes perfect sense. 🤣 #Japanese #日本語 #歯車
