总结：只要在微信发外链，无论以什么形式，腾讯官方都会自动主动访问一遍链接网站
目前尚不清楚：它们访问的目的是什么？访问后会如何？会不会抓取网页界面存档？网页里的敏感关键词会不会和聊天里的一样被判断风险？
但是，只要在微信发链接，网站一定会被微信访问
所以提倡：
1、发链接的时候顺手加上空格/emoji打断，让微信无法直接访问
2、多用privatebin转一道传播信息和链接（特别是针对推特Twitter这种本身链接里自带敏感触发词的），微信无法读取privatebin的文字框内容
