我觉得这并不是victim blaming，而是在#审查 的干预下，简中用户对于「#社群」、对「#网络」、对于「#公开」的定义，已经与正常#互联网 的定义渐行渐远了
正常互联网上，在尊重#著作权 的前提下的转载是被默许的，因为发布行为本身就包含了对「公开」的许可
但简中用户认为「公开」的发布，是「可以被少部分用户看见但不被审查系统看见」，因此当内容被扩散到发布者认为的「审查系统可以看见」的范围时会感觉到被侵犯但问题是，「可以被少部分用户看见但不被审查系统看见」这一假设本身真的成立吗？「虽然内容发布在了公共网络上，但只要别人没有找到这些内容，那么对没有找到的人来说，这些内容就是未公开的」这种假设，真的有办法成立吗？
我觉得厘清这一点，对于内容发布者提高自身的安保级别是大有裨益的。
