    前國民黨原住民立委廖國棟涉SOGO案，判刑8年6月，現於高院上訴中。又被查出再涉貪污，為「數字雲端」公司增資案收賄，一審遭判7年6月，他喊冤稱不知情，指是辦公室主任丁復華收錢，丁認罪獲1年4個月的刑期。
