Tainan Railway Station, with a statue of Gotō Shinpei. Gotō served as Taiwan’s Secretary for Civil Affairs under Governor General Kodama, was Japan’s Chief Scout, and later served as Mayor of Tokyo. He was a driving force behind development of the Taiwanese railway system.

1936年 台南駅 後藤新平像
後藤新平氏は1898年～1906年にわたって台湾総督府民政長官を在任。
その功績をたたえ1912年2月に台南駅で銅像を建立。

嘉義 阿里山神社
阿里山神社は1919年4月25日に落成し、戦後撤去され現存せず。
すぐ側にある大木は当時「万歳檜」と命名されたが、今では「千歳檜」と。

屏東恆春 鵝鑾鼻（がらんび）神社
鵝鑾鼻神社は1929年12月7日に落成し、戦時中に破壊され現存せず。
一番の特徴と言えば1930年東洋捕鯨株式会社により奉献されたヒゲクジラの顎骨の鳥居でした。

屏東 阿緱神社
1919年11月8日に落成し、1926年12月4日に県社に認定されていたが、
戦後は忠烈祠として使用。
1952年に屏東県立田徑場に改築され現存せず。
