【支聯會國安案｜李卓人重申「結束一黨專政」意思「冇講過共產黨唔應該領導」 「共產黨領唔領導，唔係由我哋講，係由人民講」】
已解散的支聯會被指煽動顛覆國家政權案，支聯會、前主席李卓人及前副主席鄒幸彤不認罪，案件今（17日）踏入第13天審訊，李卓人作供指，「結束一黨專政」不等同「結束共產黨領導」，亦無含意要推翻或破壞共產黨領導。他解釋，「結束一黨專政」是走向民主的第一步，最終交由人民決定由誰領導。法官李運騰關注，「結束一黨專政」中的「一黨」一定是指共產黨。李卓人解釋指：「我哋講緊共產黨唔應該專政，冇講共產黨唔應該領導，因為共產黨領唔領導，唔係由我哋講，係由人民講。」
