    So what's with all the capybara?

    In 1982 a keeper at Izu Shoboten Zoo (伊豆シャボテン動物公園) in Shizuoka noticed the capybara would huddle in warm puddles, and was inspired to give them a yuzu bath...a tradition that has now spread to other zoos across Japan.
