Mashle: Magic and Muscles - Mash changed the world. After being selected to be the next Divine Visionary...Mash rejected it. He didn't even reject it in person, he just sent a letter, requested Lance get it. It was a very Mash thing to do.

The rest of the chapter flashes forward to Mash's cream puff shop. Everyone slowly comes into the shop and it is such a cute, fitting finale.

It has been a while since a series ended on such a fitting note as Mashle.

I will miss this series, but I loved the ending.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - YES! Innocent Zero has been beaten. They're starting to see the value in compassion & forgiveness.

And the ending...ugh. The build up to the finale. It's really happening. Mash is about to truly change the entire world.

So great.

Also - VICTORY DANCE!

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - Mash knocks down Innocent Zero after receiving help. So, Innocent Zero rewinds time to try again. Mash beats them again.

And again.

And again.

It's beautiful seeing the many ways Mash keeps beating Innocent Zero. As in literally. The chapter ends with another amazing body slam.

You love to see it.

In some cases, the whole "enemies now come to help you out" trope falls flat, but for me - it works here.

A core part of Mash's character is that him working without magic & keeping up with everyone; protecting even his enemies; displaying love / compassion - these keep impacting everyone around him. It has been central to both his character and the entire story to date.

So, his enemies coming to help him save the world is a natural progression that I'm here for.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - Mash is trying to get in close to Innocent Zero. But each attempt gets thwarted. Mash goes back and forth trying. He's okay and has been able to take the brunt of the attack to protect everyone else, but he just can't get in close enough.

Suddenly - a collection of former rivals / enemies arrive on the scene at the end of the chapter to help. They're going to try to distract Innocent Zero so Mash can get in close.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - Innocent Zero fully reveals their new, "god-like" form. They use long, dramatic words to tell the people to bow before their might.

Mash then deadpan asks IZ to use smaller words.

The chapter ends with Innocent Zero acting like they can stop anything, even as Mash keeps deflecting everything thrown at him.

Then again, IZ says its over at the end of the chapter. So, we know it isn't.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - We're about to see Mash face off vs Innocent Zero. We see Mash snap IZ's magic wand and punches IZ so hard that their neck snaps!

But they survive and enter a new form.

It's like a JRPG villain.

I can't wait to see how Mash handles this next, with his fists.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - This chapter was peak Mashle. Mash defying the laws of magic. Mash punching a fascist in the face. A god outside of space & time just shrugging that they gave Mash extra strength just for giggles.

Loved every moment here.

Msahle: Magic and Muscles - Mash is still down - but his friends are doing everything they can to protect his body, bring him back to life, and slow down Innocent Zero.

The slow down is working - but come on! We need Mash back in action!!!
