今期コロナワクチンの接種がまだの方、Meiji Seikaファルマ社が検索しやすいページを用意したそうです！
コスタイベが特に効果が長く期待されると言われていますので、そちらが気になる方は「コスタイベ筋注用」のアイコン（？）をタップし、メニューからご自身の都道府県、市区町村をお選びください（「問い合わせはこちら」は無視）
⚠️ 注意
①リストアップされている医療機関のほとんどと言ってもいいほどワクチン接種に関する情報をホームページに載せていないようですので、電話での確認が必要になる可能性があります
②二人分での予約しかできない場所もあるようです。私が確認したところ、一人での予約そのものは可能ですが、同じ日にコスタイベ希望（もしくは特定なし）の予約がない場合は二人分を払わなければならなくなりますので、そちらは予約の際、ご注意ください。検索ページ：https://www.meiji-seika-pharma.co.jp/meiji-rep/for-public/list/

（今年はまだ少ないようですが、全異変株に効果的と言われるコスタエイベが打てる場所はちょくちょく出ています！🙏 ）I'll toot more details later, but in the meantime: I found another (Japanese) site with a search feature for medical facilities offering covid vaccinations around Japan!

やっぱり名前は違います！
「コスタイベ筋注用」という次世代mRNAワクチン（レプリコン）だそうで、国内で配布されているのはアークトゥルス・セラピューティクス社ではなくMeiji Seikaファルマ株式会社でした！残念なことにまだ準備中だそうですが、これでひとまず情報を得て安心です！

Finally found it! (Thanks to @kzodasnowman for pointing me to the right person to ask!)
The vaccine name is not LUNAR-COV19 in Japan, but instead "Kostaive" (unintuitively コスタイベ), and the distributor is Meiji Pharma, which is why references to Arcturus are so few and far between.
I was unfortunately only able to find one source indicating current availability, and it says "undergoing preparation" as of last month 🥲 So not available for this upcoming wave, but good to know for the future!

前から気になってたんですが、海外（英語圏）の報道ではアークトゥルス・セラピューティクス社の「LUNAR-COV19」という、コロナの異変株に全て対応できると言われるワクチンが日本で承認されたとちょくちょく見かけますが、日本語で検索すると全く出て来ません
（品名が別にあったりしますかね🤔）
実際に見てる人いますか？So I keep seeing news reports/comments in English talking about Arcturus Therapeutics' LUNAR-COV19 vaccine being approved in Japan, but I can never find any sources or mention when I search in Japanese. (Granted this could be due to different naming for the vaccine as it goes to market, but even searches with the company name + vaccine don't pull anything up)

本題からの脱線ですが、2023年の３月の時点で「コロナの陽性者で熱が出た人は３０％以下」とのこと
主な症状とはとても言い難いですA bit off-topic, but I feel the need to point out: Even as of March 2023, "only ~30% of people who test positive have a fever."

なぜ他の国の報道を見て「最近の異変株では発熱が少ない」というのに日本だけ（？）が「発熱が主な症状の一つ」と主張しているのか不思議に思ってたけどそっか
コロナ＝高熱としか報道されてこなかったから、熱が出ない限りは検査を受けようとし、受けてもらうことは、ないんだ
恐ろしい悪循環。。。🫠
For the past year or so, I've been puzzled by the gap in reports of covid symptoms between JP news sources and EN news sources. (A JP article from today STILL says that fever is one of the most common symptoms, while I haven't seen any EN sources make the same claim in months)
But then I realizedCovid has only ever been reported as a disease that causes fever + other symptoms here, so folks are either not going to think to test or be able to get tests from doctors if they don't have a fever
What a delightful self-fulfilling prophecy. Great timeline. 🫠

ちょっとした言葉選びでどれだけ人の態度が変わるか気になる日曜日の朝
「基礎疾患の方や高齢の方には自己防衛のためマスクの着用を推奨します」などをよく見かける気がしますが
そうではなく
「基礎疾患の方や高齢の方を大切にする方々にはマスクの着用を推奨します」にした方が考えさせるのではないかとOn my mind this Sunday morning: I wonder how much changing framing would change people's attitudes.
I see things like "Masks are recommended if you are at high risk of infection" often(ish) enough,
but what if instead, they said something like
"Masks are recommended if you love someone who is at high risk of infection wear a mask."
