    This is one of my favorite Nagasaki sweets. It's called "Chocolatte" and is made by "Shōōken." It's a chocolate version of "Castella," a traditional Nagasaki sweet made with eggs and sugar.

    It's incredibly sweet and delicious!

    In Nagasaki, peach castella is eaten during the Peach Festival and Doll's Festival.

    It's a sweet sweet treat with a candy peach on top of the sweet castella cake.
