לא נעים להתלונן על יוזמה חשובה כמו #ועידתהשלום, אבל הבחירה של #דנה_אינטרנשיונל לשיר את "עושה שלום במרומיו" (שמדבר על #שלום_על_ישראל שזה ניסוח ארכאי ל"ניהול הסכסוך") זה משהו שאני מת מבושה ששרו אותו בכנס שיש בו פלסטיניות.ים שמגיע להםן שלום טוב יותר.
גם אני וגם @neo היינו בהלם ולא הספקנו לצלם.
זו לא רק טעות שלה. כל כך הרבה א.נשים ידעו, ועיצבו ועשו סאונד ולא העירו כלום.

Since the so called ceasefire in #gaza ( aka #שלום_על_ישראל ), state-sanctioned violent pogroms in the #westbank have intensified, but this weekend was a murderous escalation of that trend. On Sunday we have decided to protest against this [officially denied] ethnic cleansing policy.

This was a chance to hang all 279 memorial press name tags for #gaza #journaliats slain since #oct7 2023.
Thanks to @neo for arranging this with the convention's organizers, as well as manually filling the name tags of reporters killed during the current ceasefire ( #שלום_על_ישראל ). -

Today, 19:00-14:00, during the Independent Journalism conference, my #EoB installation ( https://photos.nandn.org.il/eob ) will be displayed in the lobby.
It took 5 and a half hours (more than the time it will be publicly displayed) to install it, but for the first time we can see *all* 278 #MemorialNameTags and [at least for me] it's overwhelming to look at.
The last 8 (7 of which were filled during the #שלום_על_ישראל ceasefire, 3 of which were killed on Monday) were manually filled by @neo

Don't get me wrong. I *am* relieved. The #Israel #hostages are free from captivity, people in #gaza are *almost* not getting killed and have access to *some* food and medicine. *Some* #Palestine hostages get freed as well (perhaps even Doctor Abu Safiya) [Edit: no 😖]
So why am I grumpy?
Because folks around me celebrate the manifestation of the verse – "peace shall be upon Israel" #שלום_על_ישראל Psalms 125:5 https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Psalms-125-5/ without understanding how fundamentally #racist this verse is. -
