The first set is… armadillos 🛡️🐾 (tamagotchi for scale 🐣)
The big and tiny ones are actually the same but are made of different thickness of yarn with differently sized crochet hooks. The middle one can roll up into a ball 🪩

הגדול והקטנטן סרוגים אותו הדבר רק בעוביים שונים של חוט ועם מסרגות בגדלים שונים. האמצעי יכול להתכדרר לכדור 🪩
