Rather than a fictional video card, I'm emulating hardware that you can actually get today: the RTG output of the #Z3660 accelerator for the A3000 and A4000 CPU slot:

It's open hardware with opensource firmware and Amiga tools, including the #P96 card driver.
The accelerated framebuffer interface is derived from the #ZZ9000 Zorro card, so it should be possible to emulate both with a modest amount of rework.

The new firmware release adds the SDK-service firmware that the ZZ9000 SDK v2 builds on, on-card cryptographic acceleration, a cold-boot fast-RAM fix, and a wave of reliability hardening. The new driver release bundles the new ZZ9000 SDK v2 runtime and per-CPU accelerated AmiSSL into the installer, and adds GUI/CLI firmware-update tooling.

Übrigens: was ich auch ziemlich genial finde in Hinblick auf die #ZZ9000, ist die Tatsache, dass der Amiga als System bzw. als solches ohne Probleme mit dem Bildformat von 16:9 klarkommt, obwohl er aus einer Zeit von 4:3 Formaten stammt.

Übrigens: was ich auch ziemlich genial finde in Hinblick auf die #ZZ9000, ist die Tatsache, dass der Amiga als System bzw. als solches ohne Probleme mit dem Bildformat von 16:9 klarkommt, obwohl er aus einer Zeit von 4:3 Formaten stammt.

Eine Workbench auf dem Amiga mit 1920x1080 zu haben... ich glaube, daran muss ich mich auch noch gewöhnen.
Aber Dank der #ZZ9000 Karte von @mntmn ist das überhaupt möglich.
Was mir nun noch fehlt: ein HDMI-LED-Monitor im Retro-CRT Gehäuse.
Ich bin, so ein LED-Panel auf dem A3000 sieht irgendwie falsch aus.
Sehr passig fand ich den Nec 3D damals, aber mit 14" natürlich sehr klein. Mein Iiyama MF-8617T passt auch sehr schön auf den #A3000.Gibt es Panels im Retrolook zu kaufen?
