"The updated 'The State of the Thames' report by #ZSL highlights how decades of dedicated action have bettered the #Thames for people and nature – including beloved species such as harbour porpoises and wading birds. These improvements include lower concentrations of toxic metals, more ‘breathable’ water for the river’s underwater wildlife, and new riverside walkways and nature habitats along its banks that are enjoyed by #London’s residents and visitors.
"The report also shows how rapidly regulation can bring benefits; plastic cotton bud sticks, once one of the most commonly found litter items in the Thames, have all but disappeared from its shores following the UK’s sale-ban in 2022."

Das #ZSL #eduBW ist im Fediverse zwischenzeitlich mit zwei Plattformen vertreten. Neben der schon länger existierenden PeerTube-Plattform ist nun auch eine auf #Castopod basierende Podcasting-Plattform online.
Den Podcasts, aber auch den Video-Channels, kann man vom Fediverse aus folgen. So z.B. dem ersten publizierten #FediLZ-Podcast "Educätion im Fokus" - @zslbw_education

Forschung trifft Schule: Eine Kooperation zwischen der #UniMannheim und dem Zentrum für Schulqualität und Lehrerbildung Baden-Württemberg (#ZSL) fördert zukünftig die Integration wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse in den schulischen Alltag im Land. 👩🏫📚
Der Unterricht und die Aus- sowie Fortbildung von Lehrkräften sollen mithilfe von Forschung weiterentwickelt werden, und Lehrkräfte konkret darin geschult werden, wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse in Schule und ihren Unterricht einzubringen. 👨🏫

Laut KM lässt sich die offizielle Moodle-App des #ZSL für #MoodleBW auch mit aktiver #2FA nutzen. Diese wird ja vorgeschrieben für Lehrkräfte.
Mit unserem aktuellen #Belwü-Moodle ist allerdings keine Anmeldung mit aktiver 2FA möglich.
Wie wird das dann ermöglicht bei den neuen Moodles ab Januar?
Im #AppStore #iOS lassen sich zudem die bisher abgegebenen Bewertungen für die BW-App nicht lesen/ anzeigen. Es fehlt die Option „Alle anzeigen“ Warum?

Für #BigBlueButton kann ich das auch bestätigen. Wir hatten in der Spitze 187.565 zeitgleiche Teilnehmende, in 16.688 Meetings. Das hat damals (2021) zwar "gehakelt", was aber vielfältige Ursachen hatte. Bandbreite der Enduser, Firewalls der Schulen, ... und eine sehr frühe #BBB-Version. Mit den heutigen Versionen erreicht man hohe Teilnehmenden-Zahlen pro Meeting und hat geniale Features.
