@oblomov #Zombicide allows for 12+ players. I usually play it on my birthday in a big round :) - I heard about people playing Zombicide with almost twenty people. (We usually play either the Black Death or the SciFi variant.)

Is there a good and complete 2nd edition on the workshop? I found one but it has broken images.

Here's what we played yesterday.
We played two rounds of #Zombicide. It was fun! I hadn't played. It does a good job making the player feel bad ass. Which is all you want with this sort of thing. I would definitely play again.
It's #spookyseason, so that means #Horrified will hit our table. I still don't really like the game. It's not bad. It's aggressively mediocre. I've had enough. No more. Please!
We played the Halloween expansion for #WelcomeTo. It was tricky. I forgot how much there is to think about in this little roll N write. I need to play it some more.
We ended the night on #Take5. I love this game so much! I lost horribly, but at least I dragged one of the leaders down with me.

Yesternight at @jungundaltspielt, we played a round of #ZombicideBlackPlague because the most part of the #ttrpg round didn't show up.
I hadn't played #zombicide before other than a tutorial session years ago, so I was a little worried when they told me "yeah put all the zombies on the table, we will need them. Yes the other tray too)." 😬

It was quite efficient to ride on them but we lost a lot of time searching for the key, which was, of course, behind the last door... -

Ich war die letzten zwei Wochen abgetaucht in #Zombicide White Death und habe meine rare Freizeit komplett dafür aufgewendet. Heute Abend begebe ich mich dann doch wieder mal in ein anderes Abenteuer, auch wenn es auch dort Zombies gibt: Pirate Borg #PirateBorg

Gestern hatte ich auch die Gelegenheit, die neuste #Zombicide Episode #WhiteDeath auf den Tisch zu bringen. Der asiatische Touch gefällt mir sehr gut und den ersten Ansturm auf die Mauer konnten wir auch erfolgreich abwehren. Die neue Wächtermechanik ist nett, die Türen vermisse ich nicht und die wachsenden Spawn-Felder hatten mir schon bei der SciFi-Variante gut gefallen. Die Minis schreien natürlich nach Farbe.

Pünktlich zum Hochzeitstag kam am Donnerstag endlich ein lang ersehntes Kickstarter-Projekt an. #Zombicide #whitedeath . Die ersten Testrunden haben wir gefeiert und es macht auf jeden Fall Lust auf mehr. Genug Material habe ich ja erst mal 😜

My Zombicide heroes painted to-date. Ten heroes, and approximately 15 hours in total. A reasonable compromise between speed and quality to get things on the table.

Trying more speed(ish) paints for something that looks good on the tabletop and focusing on the elements that jump out.
About two hours of fiddling trying to find effective skin & NMM that doesn't feel boring or take ages to do. When I crack this it'll improve the next 1-hour challenge.

Guten Morgen! Was für eine Wochenende: erst ein sehr gut besuchter #GRT2025 mit 13 Runden und 70 Besucher:innen und dann der #Zombicide-Demotisch auf dem Spieletreff in #Hiltrup! Es war mit mal wieder ein großes Vergnügen #YokaiHuntersClub zu leiten (und Mensch in die wunderbare Welt der Indie-Rollenspiele einzuführen).

After getting to play it at the first PAX Unplugged, I got *heavy* into Zombicide: Black Plague. Played a lot of it, bought Wulfsburg, made multiple attempts at getting a "regular game" of it going. Grew bored quick, though.
Now, my kid is getting to the age where he sees all these old(er) board games on our shelf and he wants to check them out. He's begging to check out Black Plague. And...strangely, I'm ready to dive back in. Can't wait, actually.
