#zinemaker — Public Fediverse posts

I tend to forget to post my creations here so let me start a thread for my zines! I make artsy mini zines about everything and self-care! You can read and download them on my website for free:

Let me share some of them here (thread)👇

I've started putting together a #fedidevs starter pack for #zine makers in the #Fediverse: https://fedidevs.com/s/MTAzNA/

If you make zines and would like to be added, just let me know :)

It took quite a long time due to heatwave exhaustion, but now my new #minizine is ready to get digitised. It's an #HowTo for my way of #doodling: for people who cant #draw but like to do it, for more #colour & #beauty in this wold, and perhaps a method to calm down in stressful times. Soon in my ko-fi shop!
Would you like to learn such colourful doodles?

Got a Comb Binder for home book-making. Tracked down a nice old one used. It's a hunk of solid metal, heavy enough to bludgeon a buffalo or hold back a siege engine. it's only a little rusty, it's got a big crank to pull, it makes delightful sounds like *chime chime chime* *ssssssh-slice* and *ka-Chop*. Every time I put paper in it, I cackle like a supervillain activating a death trap. I don't see how anyone's life can't be improved by having one. #DIY #zinemaker #zine #OSR #combbinder

This chapter is one of my favorites: a good introduction to the franchise and a bellwether of if it's grossness is for you. It stars a handicapped black woman in a position of power so #Trump & #CharlieKirk fans will definitely hate it.

I never made an intro here, so uh, I’m Tor, I’m a #writer, a #zinemaker, who also plays around w/ photography, #calligraphy & presently making a personal website. I’m also into fountain pens & typewriters—basically anything paper & pen. I write about being #trans an #exchristian & a #abusesurvivor. I’m a dorky bigender in PDX who likes to hop on transit w/ no destination in mind or explore parts of the city I’ve never been to, esp parks & tea shops. & I think that’s all that fits here. *waves*
