Ok, been reading more on #zeroknowledge_proofs and I think the Fiat-Shamir method is the way.

It would go something like this:

* A publishes commitment using the QSO data as the secret
* B publishes commitment using the same QSO data
* Those commitments should match but each has a different 'first message' b/c of random seed
* A sees a matching commitment and sends a challenge [1] to B
* B publishes a proof
* A verifies the proof and reveals the QSO

[1] B also sends a challenge to A, etc
