  1. For our first review in #DryJanuary, we start with #clausthaler's ISO. At 0.0% ABV, ISO clearly doesn't taste like an NA beer. Well, not 100%! Instead, we can glean from our experience something akin to a pale lager with the alcohol removed. If this is your first #ZeroAlcohol beverage, then it might be a bit jarring at first. Also, despite having 0 alcohol, a 11.2 fluid ounce can will your New Year Resolution back by 105.6 calories.
    More on #Clausthaler ISO
Out of the can, ISO produces a hefty amount of off-white head, resting on a pool of clear gold. Swirling and sniffing, we recover some earthy notes, but overall a strong malted aroma.
Sipping, you get a tiny bit of bitterness, but overall the malted barley steals the show.
Overall, ISO has a mild to medium mouthfeel, no alcoholic warmth, and a bit of cloying on the palate.
Consider this an alternative to water, if you're looking to recover some calories. Or just enjoy one, as an alternative to "one more beer".
