Some time around ten years ago, I went to a lot of effort to fix bugs in either a simulator or soft CPU core (FPGA) to pass ZEXALL, (or maybe just ZEXDOC), but now I can't remember exactly what it was, nor find any vestige of it on my file server. Very aggravating.
Now I'm about to do that again, on a new simulator in C++. The simulator is not designed for efficiency, but rather to test the instruction decoding and execution pipeline design for the new core I'm designing in VHDL.

I'm figuring out how to load software in the #Robotron #Z1013. I found a useful feature in #jkcemu to store the data into a wav file.
Now the #CasDuino is finally being used in a meaningful way. And voila, the #FigForth with a size of approx. 10kByte starts without any problems. It's significantly faster than the TinyBasic from the Robotron cassette ;)

Good morning mates. I would like to send you into Sunday with this picture of my #Tandy #TRS80. Maybe someone still remembers the film "Coming to America"/"Der Prinz von Zamunda". It felt like every third outdoor scene showed a #Tandy store :) I'm assorting pictures just in this moment and found this older snapshot.
I take care of it and its additional floppy disk unit, the rarer one with the higher data density.Have a nice Sunday!
