Our self made #spaghetti sauce.
The real deal here are the freshly added tomatoes 🍅 and courgette (from my aunt's garden), carrots (makes the sauce a bit sweeter), and celery (yes! it goes so well here).
It has been awhile we made something like this and I enjoyed it a lot.

The picture is from the past weekend where we visited a local brasserie in Brussels with a friend from Ireland. Their speciality is their focaccia (the bread is self-made!): with cooked celery, fresh pickled onions, self made pesto and fresh parsley on top and a cucumber salad aside.

Back in Cyprus 2019 when I went for holidays with a friend, we made a spaghetti dish with simply tomatoes, tofu, pasta (obviously), where the dill went straight into the pot of cooking pasta and a handful of coriander was chopped for adding afterwards. I never expected this to be tasting so fresh and so good, that I would be using this dish to cook for myself years afterwards. Simple and worth a try 👍🏽

A simple #sandwich idea that works with a baguette or sliced bread! Spread some fresh cheese or hummus over the surface, place freshly chopped #radish over the top and cover it with black pepper.
The first time I tried this was yeeeaaars ago in a little bistro after a long walk. It was so refreshing, simple and tasty that I even ordered it again afterwards.
