today i came across original painting that was used as a cover to 1980's Den Za Den S/T infuential/representative yugoslav jazz rock scene
we had this album at home. i don't know how much i listened to it as very young but as i'm listening now it feels like it is quite familiar -- actually just spoted a part that i'm 100% myself and Miklavž Pirnat aka Trypno Nu Psylocybe sampled circa 97'
the album is pretty amazing:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u07PSHe3V1Uit was a weird dejavu/image-spotting. of course also because the painting is futuro/sci-fi/gothic in content,... it is called CRUCIFIXION XX and is by Slobodan Zhivkovski and is dated 1976. digging around about Zhivkovski gets his behance and instagram as best sources, albeit poor and not resembling that painting much. he must have been very young when paiting it.
