As the Young Thug trial illustrates, Atlanta district attorneys are utilizing a cunning combination of incompetence and prosecutorial bludgeoning to waste tax dollars and terrorize defendants with pretrial detention, house arrest, etc. Because #1 RICO fan Fani Willis can't win these cases on their merits, she is trying to drag out racketeering charges to coerce defendants into plea deals and figuring out how to build some kind of case along the way.
Can't properly express how infuriating this is. People who put up flyers or raised legal funds are wearing ankle monitors. People who already served time for charges are being sucked into this bullshit for the same acts because of RICO fuckery (all while waiting years in pretrial detention at one of the most horrific jails imaginable (Fulton County)).
Fuck every goddamn DA and prosecutor involved in this. This is why we don't cheer Fani Willis bringing RICO charges against Trump. She's incompetent and doesn't give a single shit about people's rights. Is Trump in jail rn? No. But teenagers convicted of not a single goddamn crime are. I hate it so much.
Free the #StopCopCity comrades. Free the #YSL defendants from Rice Street. Stop all this cruel fuckin nonsense.

Georgia taxpayers are wasting mammoth sums of money to terrorize defendants cause fuckwit prosecutors know they don't have the evidence to pursue cases without tapping the broad brush nonsense of RICO charges.
Defense attorneys have pointed out how some defendants as young as 14 will be transferred to adult jail / prison facilities, all before even having access to goddamn bond hearing.
The cruelty of the process is the point. The non-stop waves of terror is the point. The dehumanization is the point.
Some people are watching this trial with popcorn but all I want is to burn every jail, precinct and DA's office from coast to fucking coast.
