The best thing #WindsorON #YQG could do is restrict hazardous materials OFF Huron Church Road all together. I mean Ffs, there are schools on that road!
Then, once the #GordieHoweBridge is open, restrict all "semi trucks" off Huron Church north of EC Row.
For that matter, the entire city should restrict semi trucks anywhere north of EC Row.
Build sorting plants. Employ countless people. Reduce greenhouse gasses. Make our streets safer for everyone.
